Ramakanta Bhattacharjee,MBA— a seasoned executive with 30+ years of global experience senior leadership and board-level experience. He has led large-scale transformations, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives across Asia, overseeing multi-billion-dollar operations in the building materials industry.
He combines engineering discipline and strategic vision to help business owners clarify succession pathways, strengthen leadership teams, and build transferable businesses. Today he focuses on transformation and exit planning that balances profit with purpose and people.
Over time, Ramakanta’s work increasingly operated at the intersection of business decisions and their financial consequences.
Alongside his leadership and consulting background, he brings licensed financial advisory expertise into strategic business growth and wealth-structuring conversations, helping clients connect financial decisions with long-term growth, optionality, and personal freedom.
